Silver Street Market, an urban grocery store located in downtown Albuquerque, is locally owned and operated. It features fresh produce and meat, conventional groceries as well as natural and organic selections, a bakery and deli department, and a full liquor department. Newly opened in August 2016,it features 150 different local grocery items, more than 30 local wines and spirit labels, and more than 30 types of locally brewed beer. Located on the northwest corner of Silver and 2nd Street, the store is within walking distance from the Amtrak Station, Alvarado Transportation Center, the Albuquerque Convention Center, Hotel Andaluz, Doubletree Inn and the Hyatt Hotel.
